What We Fund

  • Capacity building and organizational development
  • Policy advocacy and systems change initiatives
  • Research and evaluation studies
  • Collaborative partnerships addressing complex problems

What We Don't Fund

  • Individual requests or scholarships (see our scholarship programs)
  • Political campaigns or lobbying activities
  • Religious activities or sectarian purposes
  • Capital campaigns or building projects
  • Endowment funds
  • Deficit reduction or operating reserves

Financial Requirements

  • Organizations must have been in operation for at least two years
  • Annual operating budget must be at least $100,000
  • Must provide audited financial statements for organizations with budgets over $500,000
  • Detailed project budget required for all applications
