How to Partner With Us

Pre-Application Inquiry

Before submitting a full proposal, we encourage potential applicants to complete our brief pre-application form. This helps us determine if your project aligns with our funding priorities.

Full Proposal Submission

Selected applicants will be invited to submit a comprehensive proposal including:

Organization background and track record

Project description and implementation plan

Budget and sustainability strategy

Expected outcomes and evaluation methodology

Community impact assessment

Due Diligence Review

Our program team conducts thorough due diligence on all applications, including:
Financial review and organizational assessment

Reference checks with partners and beneficiaries

Budget and sustainability strategy

Site visits for larger grant requests

Alignment assessment with our strategic priorities

Decision and Partnership

Successful applicants become more than grant recipients, they become partners in our mission. We provide ongoing support, technical assistance, and connection to our broader network.
Timeline:
Pre-applications accepted year-round

Full proposals due quarterly: March 15, June 15, September 15, December 15

Decision notifications within 60 days of deadline

Grant disbursement within 30 days of acceptance
